Cheryl is absolutely amazing!

I’m a Certified Vet Tech, moved to South Florida 5 years ago, and have tried many pet/house sitters since moving here.

Cheryl is the ONLY one who I’ve felt comfortable with!

She pays attention to details, is thorough, and loves my pooch. And my pooch loves her!

I really recommend her, but want to keep her to myself so no one else books her!

Cheryl is truly a Rover treasure. She took care of our dogs like they were her own. We could see the happiness and love in our two boys eyes with every photo and video Cheryl sent, and boy is Cheryl happy to send you content of your puppies while you're away to keep your heart warm despite the distance. She was always on contact with us and more than easy to reach out to. Cheryl was completely attentive with the instructions we gave her and was quick to ask if there was anything I missed rather than making assumptions on her own. As if it wasnt difficult enough to take care of someone else's pups, she had her hands full as both of our dogs are special needs (one is blind and one is deaf) but that didn't get in the way of anything and she was very responsible with them. Cheryl is an asset to the Rover community and I can't recommend her enough if you are in need of any of the services she offers. She clearly cares and it shows in the work she did for us. Thank you so much and we look forward to using you again in the future Cheryl!

We have entrusted Cheryl for nearly a year to come visit our Honey-girl while my husband and I worked through the week. Through this time, she has always made us feel that our girl is in the absolute BEST hands. You can trust that she genuinely cares for your animal(s). Thank you, Cheryl!

Cheryl is fantastic. This was my first experience with Rover and I could not be happier. I received many pictures and videos. I received a detailed message after each walk. Cheryl is kind, compassionate, patient and professional. I look forward to having her take care of my dog again!!!

Absolutely amazing experience. Cheryl’s communication, pictures, and videos exceeded my expectations. I am a first time Rover user and I was extremely nervous. Cheryl was flexible with my cats special needs, had no problem giving my cat her medication, and was willing to come late to feed them an extra time. Not only is Cheryl reliable she saved the day. My husband and I both work out of town so we need our dog sitter/walker to be 100% reliable. Cheryl has walked my fussy dog Lola about five times. She has always been on time and done her best to bond with Ms. Lola. Last time I booked Cheryl the house key went missing from the hiding place and she couldn't get in when she arrived. She called my emergency number immediately and we were able to sort out a way for her to get into the house. I am so impressed with Cheryl and feel lucky to have her helping us with my puppy. Five stars all the way!

Our pups absolutely loved Cheryl! She took such great care of them during our trip we didn’t even worry about them. We’ve already booked her for a future trip!

Cheryl did an excellent job taking care of our 5 cats, she showed up on time for their meals, she was very friendly and playful with the kitties.
 

She sent videos and pictures every visit, my kitties loved her.

All we can say is WOW! Cheryl is truly amazing! Starting with communication, responsiveness, meet and greet, flexibility (we had to change our travel plans twice and she was the most accommodating!) and to top it all off we came back to super clean house, no tracked cat litter in sight!

Every time Cheryl came to check on our 3 cats, she provided pictures and videos, she talked to them and petted them, you could see they liked her a lot.

Cheryl followed all the instructions regarding their care precisely and went above and beyond.
Would definitely love for her to care for them again in our absence. Very trustworthy and punctual! Thank you so much Cheryl!!!

This review is past due by a whole month, but I still want to leave it as Cheryl once again did an amazing job watching out animals. She accommodated us on a short notice, followed all the instructions we left and kept updating us every time she came to the house, sending us a bunch of pictures and videos of our kitty herd and making us laugh during our time out of town. She is very easy to deal with, I can't praise her enough!

And oh yes, coming home to a tidy place, no cat hair bunnies, no loose litter on the floors - was priceless!

Cheryl goes above and beyond - again! This was our 4th time using her services! We never have to worry about lack of attention or pictures and videos while our animals are in her care. She sent abundant “documentaries” from each visit, she tidied up the place so there is no tracked litter or hair bunnies when we return. Cheryl is totally the best, such a darling and sooooo helpful!! She is so willing to assist with extra duties and her messages and pics are sooo informative! We are so glad we have found her!!! EVERYONE LOVES HER!

Cheryl is so great with our dog Ellie. Ellie absolutely loves playing with cheryl and it has become part of her routine. I love reading her descriptions of their hangouts and all her funny photos of Ellie. I have a crazy schedule so I often book last minute and Cheryl is always able to accommodate us or recommend someone else. Ellie even has an accident every now and then and Cheryl cleans it up for us with no complaints😊

I can not express how genuine and caring Cheryl is! I’m a single dog mom with two jobs and I have quite the hectic schedule. Cheryl puts my mind and heart at ease when it comes to my two precious boys. They are my entire world and I am very overprotective but she loves and cares like they are her own! She is AWESOME. She genuinely loves animals and goes out of her way to make sure our cats felt checked on and loved. Also, moved our packages in and watered the plants. Could not have asked for a better sitter!!!

Cheryl was excellent with our girls. Made us feel at ease. Always kept us updated and lots of pictures. Came home to a clean house and happy girls.

My first time having someone dog sit my pups. Cheryl was wonderful with them and they loved her! She was very thorough with getting all the info she needed. Was very communicative throughout and sent me tons of pics of videos of them. She made sure to check with me if she had questions and I felt totally comfortable with her watching my puppies. I would definitely use her again!

We love Cheryl!!! She’s the best.

Cheryl was new for me since my old Rover went off to college. She came for a meet and greet ahead of time to get all the information and meet my buddy. On the first evening, he was very apprehensive, anxious and nervous upon her arrival and refused to let her put on the leash. She stayed WAY PAST the allotted time for the visit to make sure he was comfortable with her being there, and he finally gave in and she was able to complete the service. The rest of the visit went smoothly and I believe it was because of her patience and kindness on that very first day. I will DEFINITELY be booking again in the future. So relieved to have found her.

I am so happy with Cheryl. It was the first time we left our dogs for 2 weeks. Our dogs was not missing us and had a great time. She was very carrying and spent a lot of time with dogs. She was playing with dogs a lot (ball, Kong,etc). She also used a lot of other sources to entertain our puppies, like dog tv channels and special sounds for dogs. Our dogs get really attached to her. I am looking forward to rebook the home sitting with her again, also will recommend to my friends.

Cheryl was amazing! She took very good care of my fur babies and asked detailed questions to make sure that she knew everything about them. She sent pics and videos the whole time and the looked like they were having fun! She played with them as well and made sure they had lots of walks and cuddles. Definitely would use her again!
